Lacrimosa

In college, when I needed to pull an all-nighter to write some 15 page paper I should have been working on all along, I would head over to the computer lab & put on headphones and blast classical music.
Something about it just inspired me to write.
And I could magically produce 15 pages in 6 or so hours.
Call me Baby Einstein.
This Alexander McQueen collection reminds me of that; inexplicably inspirational.
Awe-inducing.
Like a religious relic
that inspired pilgrimages.
Before there were reproduced images
and the only way to appreciate something
was to trek hundreds if not thousands of miles
and see it in person.
God who can imagine that now a days?
Thanks to Vain & Vapid for the Alexander McQueen clothing images

Music has everything to do with my writing. I can play the same song over a 100 times. Some day my novel with be complete and then I can take a deep breath and exhale! It's excruciating and wonderful all at the same time. oh so yes, I saw this collection a while back and that gold jacket has been embedded on my brain. What a lovely comparison you've made. Love the pictures doll. xoxo
